Adam Michel

Real life started for me early. When I was 6, my father let me take a lonely cruise during the same days. It made me happy.
Fate again smiled when I qualified and started as a member of the Otago crew in the Whitbread Round the World Race 1973-74 (today Volvo Ocean Race).

Then, on 30 years of emigration, first in France and then in Ireland, I did not part with sailing.

On my yacht Thrazybule and on other boats as a skipper for rent I crossed the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the Bay of Biscay and those washing the West Coast of Ireland.

I became interested in and passionate about weather outing and since its start.

I was professionally involved in the construction of yachts. In France, I was responsible for the construction of the model and then the form and prototype of racing yachts built of carbon "honeycomb" composites.

Another my passion is computer graphics - 3D animation.
